This is a space designed for presence, gentle exploration and intuitive unfolding. Where you are invited to soften, tune in and meet yourself — exactly where you are.
Each session is intentional, to support your inner journey, and booking is the first step in honouring that call.
◎ Before You Book
All sessions are offered online first : in-person sessions are possible, based on location & availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to honour the energetics of commitment and clarity.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A journey to step into your inner strength
When you decide to commit to this work, you are making a choice of deep self-care, intention and transformation.
Every detail : before, during and after our session : is designed to support you in feeling safe, seen and held as you reconnect with the wisdom of your subconscious mind.
Here is what the process looks like:
First Contact
A Discovery Call. If we haven’t worked together before, or I haven’t guided you in a while, we always begin with a gentle conversation to connect, feel into what’s alive in you and explore your intentions for this work. This is a space for you to ask questions and for us both to sense if this journey together feels aligned.
Booking & Preparing for Your Session
When you feel ready to step in, you book directly through my website. Every hypnotherapy session is much more than our 3-hour container together. It includes a full arc of integration, and ongoing support. It’s very normal for the revelations of a hypnotherapy journey to ripple into your life, for days, or even weeks after a session.
Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to fill in an Intention Form. This allows you to drop into reflection and for me to understand what feels most alive for you right now.
I will also send you my At Home Guide for Hypnosis : a collection of heartfelt suggestions to help you prepare your hypnosis container. From creating a quiet, nourishing space, to grounding rituals that ease you into openness, this guide is an invitation to treat your session as ceremony.
The Session Itself
A Deep Dive Journey will unfold something like this :
Arrival & Grounding – time to settle into your space, connect with your breath, and open intention.
Conscious Conversation – together we explore the stories and patterns beneath the surface.
Hypnosis Journey – usually 60–90 minutes of deep subconscious work, where transformation begins to unfold.
Integration & Closing – gently returning, reflecting on what emerged, and receiving recommendations for how to anchor the shifts into your daily life.
Aftercare & Follow-Up Support
Following each session, I will send you a recap of the journey & personalised journal prompts. This helps to ground the discoveries and weave them gently into your lived reality.
A few days to a week later, I will check in with you, simply to witness how you are feeling, ensure integration is flowing and offer additional support if needed. Healing does not end when the session closes; this is a journey, and you are not alone in it.
FAQs

All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and a pair of headphones if possible. A blanket, cushion, and a soft place to lie will help you feel more grounded and at ease. Most importantly — create a space where you feel safe to relax and let go.
Ahead of each new online session, I will share my ‘At Home Guide for Hypnosis’, which gives you some inspirations on how to prepare your environment for a nourishing deep dive. -
Yes, physical sessions are possible, depending on my current location & availability. I am currently based between UK + Asia. If you’re interested in doing a physical hypnotherapy session with me, please reach out directly.

Not at all. The Deep Dive session is designed to gently guide you into the subconscious, making it perfect if this is your very first time.
-
Not the whole time. A Deep Dive is a three-hour journey that includes:
Arrival & grounding – time to settle in, open space, and connect with your intention.
Conscious conversation – to uncover what lies beneath the surface and shape the session’s focus.
The hypnosis journey itself – usually 60–90 minutes, where you drop deeply into the subconscious.
Integration & closing – returning gently, with space for reflection, and practical recommendations to weave the experience into daily life.

It depends on your intention. For some, a single session can create a profound shift. For others — especially if we are working with deeply rooted habits or patterns (such as smoking, anxiety cycles, or self-worth) — a series of sessions allows us to move layer by layer, creating sustainable and lasting change. Healing is not linear, but a journey of unfolding.

No form of therapy can offer absolute guarantees. What I can promise is a safe, supportive space. Your subconscious mind’s primary role is to protect you : my role is to help you feel safe enough to soften, so we can gently explore the patterns that once served you but are no longer aligned. From this place, we create new pathways and feelings of safety, that ripple into your reality.

Talk therapy works primarily with the conscious mind, helping you understand patterns, stories, and emotions. Hypnotherapy, however, goes deeper : it works directly with the subconscious, where the root causes of beliefs, habits, and emotional imprints live. Both are powerful in their own right; hypnotherapy simply allows us to access the source more directly, creating the possibility for transformation from within.

Hypnotherapy can be supportive for all ages. However, the subconscious mind develops significantly in the first seven years of life. Before then, children naturally live in a more suggestible, imaginative state. Sessions for younger clients are best approached with gentleness and adapted to their needs. For children, parental presence and collaboration are always part of the process.
